My package has missing products. What should I do?

Please contact us timely and take all the products pictures together ,at the same time we will confirm your order with our warehouse. We apologize for any inconveniences!

If got broken powders in my products . What should I do?

Generally, broken rate from 1%-3% is normal ,if it is over than 3% ,please send pictures in time ,we will compensate at your next order .
